SHOP at participating retail stores and receive a stamp on your reindeer Quest Card with each purchase. (Pick up your reindeer Quest Card at your first shop!)

COLLECT stamps on five different reindeer on your Quest Card by making purchases at five or more shops. You’ll need a combination of Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixon, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen or Rudolph. Can't find a shop to get that 5th reindeer stamped? Hint: shops have posters in their store windows indicating which reindeer they are stamping.

Friday evening, enjoy caroling and the tree lighting during the Children’s Lantern Parade along Main Street in Stowe Village and visit the Helen Day Art Center for their Members Art Show and Festival of Lights.

Saturday is a day of full of Christmas and winter festivities. Watch for the arrival of Santa at Stowe Mercantile, enjoy food and family activities throughout town and do some holiday shopping in the shops of Stowe and at the Alpine Christmas Market, in the Town Hall Theater, 2nd Floor!

A Stowe Lantern Tour Can Complete Your Ghoulish Getaway to Stowe!

A great way to learn about Stowe from the early settlers’ perspective is to take part in a Stowe Lantern Tour – a 1 hour professionally guided walking tour that allows participants to explore the area while carrying a candle lit lantern.  Hear entertaining stories of the resident ghosts of Stowe and New England and learn a little bit about what it was like to be an early settler of our village.
