25th Annual KeyBank Vermont City Marathon & Relay

Memorial Day Weekend brings the Marathon 2
25th Annual Vermont City Marathon & Relay to Burlington,
Vermont.  Winding a course along gorgeous Lake Champlain, this event has grown so popular over its 25 year history that 1,700 plus volunteers are now needed to help welcome the over 30,000 spectators and 8,000 participants to downtown Burlington.

Of special note – on April 15, over 5,000 Boston Marathon runners were denied the opportunity to finish a race for which they had trained long and hard.  KeyBank Vermont City Marathon officials are offering those runners the opportunity to run New England’s second largest marathon for free, with 150 spaces available.  For those interested, please go to www.runvcm.org and register with code “BOSTONSTRONG”.
