Balloon FestivalOne of the major events happening in the summer is the Stoweflake Hot Air Balloon Festival at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa.  Imagine watching more than 25 hot air balloons rising against the backdrop of the sunrise or sunset. That sight is glorious in itself, but what about when you look at the sunrise or sunset with no obstructions?

Just the open sky as it changes from one magnificent color to the other. If the sky is too high for you, you can still have a ride on a balloon while it remains tied to the ground. Everyone gets a ride suitable for them at the Stowe Balloon Festival from July 8 – 10, 2016.

Fun for All

There will be activities for kids too (and they get in free if under 12), so you won’t need to find a babysitter to attend them. You will, however, have to leave your pets behind. For safety reasons no pets or coolers allowed on the fields. You can have a chair massage or facial, enjoy live music, check out the gift shops and re-energize with some food, beer, and wine.
