There’s nothing like celebrating the thaw of winter than having a Stowe Vacation. Check out the lush greenery eager to be seen after being buried in snow for so long.
What You Can Do on a Stowe Vacation
Check Out the Maple Sugar Syrup
Have a sweet spring break in Stowe by checking out the state’s maple syrup. Vermont is the USA’s biggest producer of it. Go to sugarhouses and learn about the whole process from tree to bottle.
Hiking is the best way to take in all that springtime in Stowe has to offer. Climb Mount Mansfield or you can check out the famous Long Trail, a 265-mile trail system that crosses over Mt Mansfield and Spruce Peak.
If hiking isn’t your thing, try biking. With different terrains, like paved and dirt roads, trails and paths, it’ll never be boring. There are also plenty of places to rent a bike if you don’t have one of your own.
If physical Stowe recreation doesn’t interest you, check out the galleries, shops, and antiques that are around.
